How to Retrieve your Line

You can recover your SIM quickly via our really easy  Welcome back process.  Welcome back (SIM Swaps) can either be one at any of MTN service Centres or Connect Stores nationwide. if you are considering an Over the Air swap, you wont need to visit our Service Centres; you will simply need to do the following: Call the MTN Costumer Care on the 180 help line to request for a SIM Swap, or log on to mtnonline.com/product/welcomeback.asp to fill out your new SIM information. if you decide to call MTN Costumer Care on 180, you will need to provide the following security details:

First Name and Last Name
Date of Birth
Old telephone number
The new telephone number (Number on MTNSTMPlus)
A Contact Number
Information on old line (stolenllosUswap) to enjoy  MTNSTMPlus
Information on old line (stolenllosUswap) to enjoy  MTNSTMPlus

Line ownership verification (Three frequently dialed number; how much airtime you loaded on your last recharge).

Your MTN SIM Plus card will be activated within 24 hours! you will be required to insert it in a fully charged phone for 24 hours after the swap and you are ready to connect on the MTN network
