Send BulkSMS To All Networks in Nigeria using Etisalat Web Messaging

You can now send SMS to multiple phone users on all networks in Nigeria at the same time using Etisalat webSMS portal. Etisalat web messaging is a flexible, easy to use bulk messaging service that enables you to send large volumes of messages to family and friends on all networks in Nigeria. The service offers the flexibility of SMS scheduling and sending SMS in various formats.

The SMS portal is directly linked to your mobile phone, SMS sent from the portal deducts airtime directly from your main account balance. The cost of the message will be deducted from your airtime before the message is sent. You can send SMS to a minimum of 20 and above.

You can schedule SMS (compose the SMS and set the time you want it to be sent) but you CANNOT customize your sender ID. Recipients of your SMS will see the SMS coming from your phone number.

==> You will see the "click here to get started" button. Click it

==> A new window will pop up. Enter your Etisalat phone number, generate your password and follow the instruction.

Load Airtime on Glo iPad Without Removing SIM Card

You can load recharge cards or airtime on the Apple iPad powered by Glo Mobile Nigeria, without removing your SIM card from your iPad. Mind you, your iPad must be 3G iPad and not just a wifi iPad.  ( Ordinary wifi iPads do not have slot for SIM card) .


How To Get Started

==> Tap the Settings icon on your iPad screen

==> Tap "Mobile data" or "Cellular data". You should now see "SIM Applications" as seen in the picture below

==> Tap the "SIM Applications" > Magic Plus  >  My Account >  Balance >Recharge

==> You will now see where you can enter your recharge pin as seen in the picture below

==> Enter the recharge card pin without putting any code in front. i.e just type 123456789123456

==> Tap the "Send" button.

If successful, your account balance will be displayed on the screen.

That's all.

NOTE: If you can't find the "SIM Applications" option on your iPad, you will have to go to the nearest Gloworld office to get a new Glo MicroSIM card for iPad.

You can recover your SIM quickly via our really easy  Welcome back process.  Welcome back (SIM Swaps) can either be one at any of MTN service Centres or Connect Stores nationwide. if you are considering an Over the Air swap, you wont need to visit our Service Centres; you will simply need to do the following: Call the MTN Costumer Care on the 180 help line to request for a SIM Swap, or log on to mtnonline.com/product/welcomeback.asp to fill out your new SIM information. if you decide to call MTN Costumer Care on 180, you will need to provide the following security details:

First Name and Last Name
Date of Birth
Old telephone number
The new telephone number (Number on MTNSTMPlus)
A Contact Number
Information on old line (stolenllosUswap) to enjoy  MTNSTMPlus
Information on old line (stolenllosUswap) to enjoy  MTNSTMPlus

Line ownership verification (Three frequently dialed number; how much airtime you loaded on your last recharge).

Your MTN SIM Plus card will be activated within 24 hours! you will be required to insert it in a fully charged phone for 24 hours after the swap and you are ready to connect on the MTN network
